When you need to use a video for different countries or regions, you can use the Multi-language Adaption feature to quickly translate the video project and export multiple language versions in bulk.
When entering the "Multi-language Adaption" page for the first time, you need to select the variation language and the content to be translated. The selectable content includes:
Layout Templates: Content included in the layout templates used in the "Size Adaption" section, such as button text, product names, promotional copy, etc. If no layout templates were used in the "Size Variation" section, this content will be empty.
Video Content: Subtitles & voice-overs, text added in the "Creative Making" section; project assets like videos, images; public assets like videos, images, etc.
The general usage process is similar to the "Multi-language Adaption" in the layout templates. For details you can refer to Multi-language Adaption(in common)
β οΈ If you need to translate the language and subtitles of the video, you need to add subtitles in the "Creative Making" section first! Otherwise, when selecting materials for translation in the Multi-language Adaption, there will be no subtitle content available for selection, and translation cannot be performed.
Adding Subtitles:
Click on "Subtitle" in the resource area and choose either "Intelligently Recognize" or "Add Manually."
Intelligently Recognize: After selecting the video for which you want to generate subtitles, click "Recognize." Subtitle Intelligent Recognization
Add Manually: Manually input the subtitle content in the text box.
β οΈ The available voice options for multi-language adaption may differ depending on the method of adding subtitles:
a.Subtitles - Intelligently Recognize: Supports clone voice and AI voice.
b.Subtitles - Add Manually: Only supports AI voice and does not support clone voice (as the original language lacks a replicable original voice to read the translated subtitle results).
c.Text: Subtitles added through the "Text" in the resource area do not support voice-overs.
In addition to text, subtitles, and voice-overs, the Multi-language Adaption feature in the video editor also supports variation of images and videos.
Example use case: If you added currency symbols to the video in the "Creative Making" section and want to use a CNY symbol image for Chinese language, and a JPY symbol image for Japanese language, you can use the Multi-language Adaption feature to upload the corresponding currency symbol images separately.
