AοΌPlease ensure that the sequence frames follows the upload format guidelines:
Create a ZIP compressed folder containing either one folder or multiple PNG files.
The PNG files should be named with numbers at the end, and the numbers should be sequentially numbered from small to large according to the desired playback order.
The size limit for the compressed folder should be below 8MB.

AοΌYou can troubleshoot the issue using the following steps:
Check the original dimensions of the asset locally: Ensure that different assets have the same size (not just proportional). If they are different, resize them to have consistent dimensions locally.
Check the layer position and size settings: If they are different, align them. Select Layer A, click the "Copy" button on top area, then select Layer B, and click "Paste" followed by "Only paste the alignment and size of the layer."
Check if the "Screen adaptation" is consistent: If it's not consistent, adjust it to be the same for all assets.
AοΌGrouping principles:
Grouping without selecting layers: Simply click the "Group" button, and it will generate a group with a centered square bounding box (you need to manually adjust the position and size before dragging assets into the group).
Selecting layers for grouping: To group a single asset, directly select the asset and click the "Group" button. To group multiple assets, hold down the Ctrl key and select multiple layers, then click the "Group" button. The group's size will be based on the maximum bounding box of the selected layers.
AοΌ1οΌClick to enter the regular scene and adjust it in the "Scene setting" section on the right side of the parameter settings. 2οΌYou can choose to place the "Global scene" at the top layer of the scene or at the bottom layer. 3οΌNote: The selection only applies to the current scene.
AοΌ1οΌYou can achieve the "video above an image" effect by uploading a background image in the "Global Settings." By default, video assets are placed below all layers except for the background image and background color set in the "Global Settings." 2οΌIf the image is not intended as a background image, you can locally crop and create transparency in the image, leaving space for the video. Then, import the modified image into the tool and continue with your production process.

AοΌYou can troubleshoot in the following ways:
Product Information or Other Permanent Elements: Click on Global Settings and check in the left layer panel.
General Elements: Click on the corresponding Scene, then look in the left layer panel or directly click on the corresponding layer in the canvas.
If the layer panel does not contain the layer, it may be located in the Gameplay Template: Click on the top asset library >>> Gameplay Template >>>Edit gameplay /Quick layout to search.
If the Gameplay Template is also missing, it means that there is no asset slot available (as some core gameplay elements of templates are hardcoded by developers and cannot or should not be modified in Content Editor; otherwise, it may result in errors, so we do not display that asset slot).

AοΌThis situation usually occurs because the button has an entrance animation and automatic playback of animations is disabled, or the button is set to hidden and controlled by events for display. If you want to adjust the button's parameters, select the button layer, adjust its animation settings, or temporarily set it to visible, make adjustments, and then hide it again.
A: First, while the template elements may appear differently on the canvas, the actual preview functions correctly without any manual adjustments needed. This situation often happens because the core gameplay and the layout of key elements are controlled by code. Thus, it is not advisable to hide, reposition or adjust layer hierarchy and have other major changes, as it may lead to template errors.

AοΌ1οΌUsually, when using Template content creation, making adjustments (moving/removing/adding) within the "Regular Scenes" is generally not a problem.
2οΌHowever, if the asset you want to adjust is located within the "Gameplay Template," it is not recommended to make significant changes. You can replace assets, but moving/removing operations may result in material errors (as the content within the gameplay template is controlled by code). Forcibly moving or removing assets could cause template bugs and damage your materials.
AοΌ1οΌYes, you can. Template content creation supports adding additional assets according to your requirements. 2οΌNote: After adding new assets, both the vertical and horizontal parameters need to be adjusted accordingly.
AοΌ1οΌThe execution delay is related to device performance differences and the complexity of the executed logic. There may be millisecond-level errors, but there won't be significant timing discrepancies. 2οΌIf there are inaccuracies, it is recommended to divide a video into multiple segments and implement the effects in separate scenes to avoid errors.
